SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our Australian orders are sent via Aus Post, you will be sent an email notification once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be completed & shipped. Please email for your tracking number if you didn't receive it.
All of our products are hand made in small batches or made to order, please allow at least 14 business days for your item to ship. Please note we do not do partial shipments, once all items ordered are in completed we will send your order out.
All orders will be marked as Authority to Leave unless stated otherwise in the comments section by the customer at checkout. If you have selected free shipping, your order will be sent as standard post. If you would like your order to be insured or have signature on delivery, please select this option at the checkout or email us to discuss. If delivery confirmation to your residence is received from Aus Post we are not responsible for lost/damaged deliveries. We highly recommend that you select insurance or siganture on delivery for your order.
Each order is checked & carefully packaged by us, from time to time there are mistakes. If you have received the wrong item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
We ship Internationally via Australia Post.
One of a kind
Our products are all handmade to order using recycled metals and precious stones. Due to the nature of hand made, there can be slight variances in your pieces or stone colour.
Returns / Faulty Items
If you are not happy with your items please email us to discuss within 48 hours of the delivery of your product, refunds are usually issued as an item exchange or store credit. If you have ordered the wrong size, we offer free exchanges or re-sizes. If your item is faulty, we can fix or replace your piece. Refunds are not issued on a change of mind basis. Please note that Earrings can not be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
