Our Heart Break sleepers have been re-invented and after a hiatus since 2018, they are back and better than ever!

The heart is hand cut from .5mm solid sterling silver or 9ct yellow gold sheet and delicately hangs from our Classic 8mm Sleepers.

The heart when together measure 1.5mm tall and at the widest point 1.5mm across.

At this stage, rose gold sleepers are unavailable from out manufacturer. If you would like a rose gold heart on yellow or silver sleepers, please send us an email.
